【摘要】:1.1(nominally)orlessusinganACorDCsourceofpower.Theserequirementsapplytoincandescentandfluorescentmarinelightingfixturesrated36volts1.2ThelightingfxturescoveredbytheserequirementsareintendedforinstallationanduseinaccordancewiththeapplicablerequirementsoftheU.S.CoastGuard,thestandardsoftheAmericanBoatandYachtCouncil,Inc.,andtheStandardforFireProtectionofPleasureandCommercialMotorcraf?,NFPA302.1.3intheUnitedStatesCoastGuardElectricalEngineeringRegulations.Theserequirementsdonotcovermarinelightingfixturesforuseinhazardouslocationsasdefined1.4Theserequirementsalsodonotcovernavigationlights,floatingwaterlights,oremergencylights.1.5Aproductthatcontainsfeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsnewordifferentfromthosecoveredbytherequirementsinthisStandard,andthatinvolveariskoffire,electricshock,orinjurytopersonsshallbeevaluatedusingtheappropriateadditionalcomponentandend-productrequirementsasdeterminednecessarytomaintaintheacceptablelevelofsafetyasoriginallyanticipatedbytheintentofthisStandard.Aproductwhosefeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsconflictwithspecificrequirementsorprovisionsofthisStandardcannotbejudgedtocomplywiththisStandard.Whereconsideredappropriate,revisionofrequirementsmaybeproposedandadoptedinconformancewiththemethodsemployedfordevelopment,revision,andimplementationofthisStandard.
