【摘要】:TheACSEsupportstwomodesofcommunication:connection-modeandconnectionless-mode.TheACSEservicedefinition(seeITU-TRec.X.217bis|ISO/IEC15953)includesbothmodesofcommunication.ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandardonlyincludestheconnectionmodeofcommunication.ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandardfortheconnectionlessmodeofcommunicationiscontainedinITU-TRec.X.237bis|ISO/IEC15955.ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandarddefinesproceduresthatareapplicabletoinstancesofcommunicationbetweensystemswhichwishtointerconnectinanopensystemsinterconnectionenvironmentinaconnectionmode.ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandardincludestheKernelfunctionalunitthatisusedtoestablishandreleaseASO-associations.TheAuthenticationfunctionalunitprovidesadditionalfacilitiesforexchanginginformationinsupportofauthenticationduringassociationestablishmentwithoutaddingnewservices.TheACSEauthenticationfacilitiescanbeusedtosupportalimitedclassofauthenticationmethods.TheASO-contextnegotiationfunctionalunitprovidestheadditionalfacilityfortherecipienttoselecttheASO-contextfromalistofferedbytheinitiatorduringassociationestablishment.TheoptionalHigherLevelAssociationfunctionalunitprovidesforthefacilitytoidentifyASO-associationsandtransparentlypassdatatochildASOsandallowstheASO-contextorthepresentationcontextonanASO-associationtobemodifiedduringthelifetimeoftheassociation.ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandardspecifies:a)proceduresforthetransferofinformationforASO-associationcontrolandtheauthenticationofASOsandapplication-entities;andb)theabstractsyntaxfortherepresentationoftheACSEAPDUs.TheACSEproceduresaredefinedintermsof:a)theinteractionsamongpeerACSEprotocolmachinesthroughtheuseofPresentationservicesorsupportingACSEservices;andb)theinteractionbetweenanACSEprotocolmachineanditsservice-user.ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandardalsospecifiesconformancerequirementsforsystemsimplementingtheseprocedures.Itdoesnotcontaintestswhichcanbeusedtodemonstrateconformance.
